TheRCI-T4EV10(≥10mm2)ismainlydesignedfortherequirementsof150℃irradiated cross-linkedflameretardantXLPOmaterialusedinthecrosssection(≥10mm²)cables forelectricvehicle.Thiscompoundismanufacturedusingpolyolefinandother elastomerasthebasicresins,withthehighefficientflame-retardant,cross-linking agent,smokesuppressant,andotheradditions,bytheprocessofmixing,plasticizing,andpelleting.Theproductsnotonlyhavingexcellentperformanceinmechanical,flame retardantpropertyandprocessingperformance,butalsowiththefeatureof environmental,highflexibility,lowtemperatureresistant,hardtoabradeandtwistand soon.Thecomprehensiveperformanceofthecablemadebythismaterialmeetsthe 150℃temperaturegraderequirementsofISO19642andQC/T1037-2016standards.

Note: (1) The temperature for cable extrusion should be set at the situation of good cable surface performance; It is recommended to use PVC screw extrusion (2)
The recommended irradiation dose for MG80017S-150 is 17-18MRAD, but the hot set shall prevail.
Packaging and Storage
Package: 25kg per bag, Alumni-plastic inner, Kraft paper outside.
Transportation and storage: The product should not be exposed to the sun and rain during transportation, and its storage environment should be kept clean, dry and ventilated at any time.
Note: If the product in temperature≤30℃, humidity≥60% more than six months, it should be dried at 60℃~ 70℃more than 4 hours before used.
