Description

RCI-9002M is the Silane crosslinkable low smoke halogen free flame retardant polyolefin cable sheath material for cables with Oil resistance and Mud resistance requirements.

Comply with EN 50363-6 EM8 and EM10; IEC60092-360-2021 SHF2; NEK (TS) 606-2022.

Remark: The typical value is test by company which can’t be as a judge on the basis of actual. The actual value should be debugged according to the product specification and production equipment to play the best performance.

Processing Techniques:

Extruding techniques Ensure that the screw and barrel of the extruder are cleaned. 

Mix the large package (Component A ) and the small package (Component B) evenly  

Component A：Component B is 95 : 5 in weight

Note: please use PE masterbatch if color required(it should be dried).

The material must be use up within 2 hours after unpacking.(It can’t be dried.) avoid to bring the external water during the process.

Extrusion Temperature：

Screw Type:Normal Screw with 3.0 compression ratio or BM Screw with Compression Ratio around 1.5.

Pay-off Speed:Without the effect ofsmoothness and performance, the faster,the better.

Cross-linking:

Water bath or Steam:Control the temperature around 90℃,cross-link will finished about 6 hours. (the thickness of the test piece is 1mm)

Package, Transport and Storage

Package: Vacuum packed by aluminium foil bag

Transport:Can’t be exposed to the sun or rain, or suffer mechanical damage. Storage： Should be stacked on the pallet in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse.

Shelf Life：12 months.
