Description:

This is a new type of Ceramicizable, halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant and fire resistant mica tape used for the production of fire-proof and fire-resistant cables.

Features

Excellent insulation performance: fireproof, non-hygroscopic, and with excellent insulation performance; after ablation, the dielectric strength of the hard supporting armored shell is greater than 30KV/mm, the volume resistivity is greater than 2 x 10^16 Ω·cm, and the storage period is 24 months.

Good flame retardant and fire resistance: Vertical non-propagating, no dripping, good flame retardancy. In the case of flame and non-flame at 500-2000°C, it can be burned into a hard ceramic-like supporting armored shell. The higher the temperature and the longer the ablation time, the harder the supporting armored shell. The residue is pure ceramic inorganic matter, and the residual amount can reach 80%. The hard ceramic-like supporting armored shell can play a very good role in fire blocking, heat insulation and temperature insulation. The fire-resistant wires, cables and optical cables produced with Ceramicizable ceramic armored fire-resistant mica tape can meet the following standard requirements for fire resistance

Excellent heat insulation performance: Hard sealed ceramic tube after ablation. The temperature difference between the front and back sides of a 1.0mm thick tube can reach 600±50℃.

High strength: After flame ablation, the fracture strength of the hard ceramic shell can reach about 8MPa.

Hightemperatureandlowtemperatureresistance:Beforeflameablation,undernormal workingconditions,itcanwithstandtemperaturesrangingfrom-70~300°C.After flameablation,theinorganicceramicbodycanwithstandhightemperaturesupto 1300°C
