Description：

RCI-5080E has excellent processing performance,mechanical properties and insulating properties.It is soft and elastic, suit for the insulation of cables up to 3kV.

Remark: The typical value is test by company which can’t be as a judge on the basis of actual. The actual value should be debugged according to the product specification and production equipment to play the best performance.

Processing Techniques:

Extruding techniques Ensure that the screw and barrel of the extruder are cleaned. Mix the large package (Component A ) and the small package (Component B) evenly.

Component A：Component B is 95 : 5 in weight

The material must be use up within 2 hours after unpacking.(It can’t be dried.) avoid to bring the external water during the process.

Extrusion Temperature：

Screw Type:PVC screw Compression Ratio: 3.0 + 0.3

Pay-offSpeed:Without the effect of smoothness and performance,the faster,the better

   Cross-linking:

  Natural Cross-link: Temperature 15-25℃, cross-link will be finished around 7days When temperature is higher than 25℃, cross-link will be finished around 3 days. Water bath or Steam: Control the temperature around 60℃, cross-link will finished about 4hours. (the thickness of the test piece is 1mm) Full performance test, water bath (steam) 60℃, more than 8hours, ensure the material is fully cross-linked.

Package, Transport and Storage

Package:Vacuum packed by aluminium foil bag

Transport:Can’t be exposed to the sun or rain, or suffer mechanical damage. Storage： Should be stacked on the pallet in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse.

Shelf Life：12 months.
