Basic characteristics:

RCI-PNBR is a high-temperature polymerized fully crosslinked nitrile rubber with high Mooney viscosity and high 

ACN content. It adopts a special coagulation powder technology and has a natural isolation agent. It has good oil

resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and solvent resistance properties. It also has good resilience.

Application guidance:

The dosage of RCI-PNBR varies according to different purposes and performance requirements.

When RCI-PNBR is mixed with phenolic resin, dry mixing can be used.

We recommend a content of 5-10% for RCI-PNBR.
